Expert, Casual, Family/needs assistance?

On my flight from Seattle to Phoenix, there were 3 different lines for the security check, depending on what kind of traveller you are. “Expert” travellers are those who know what to do, “Casuals” are not sure what to do, and the third one is self-explanatory.

The line for the Expert line was super short, owing to the fact that it’s all standard procedure to all of us. Har. Have I told you I always wear sandals so it’s easy? Well except when I go to Seatle or Vancouver on winter. Brr.

I suppose this sorting process works from the lines I’ve seen. Not sure if this is just an experiment in Seatle or it’s the new system for all the airports.

Has anyone seen this? My last flight prior to this was just a month ago and I didn’t see this. It was still a melting pot of travellers in one long line.

Anyway, I’m back in Phoenix and I’m killing time at the airport while waiting for the fiancĂ©. Thank goodness for free wifi!
